HOT LUNCH - Grade 7 Fundraiser

Good afternoon Parents/Guardians;

The grade 7 students are raising money for their class sweaters and a year-end celebration. To help make it happen, we are organizing five hot lunches.

The form is being sent home with your student today.

PLEASE NOTE:

One order form per child; please make sure ALL the information is filled out.

Payment can be made with either cash or cheques made out to: Ecole Red Bluff Lhtako Elementary.

No refunds or holds for missed hot lunch days – please send exact change.

We recommend taking a photo of the completed order form to ensure your child receives the correct order.

**DEADLINE FOR ORDERING IS Friday, September 26th – no late orders will be accepted. **
