LET’S MAKE THIS AS EASY AS POSSIBLE, SHALL WE?

How do I get to school?

• School bus (practice the route for next fall) bus garage number 250-992-8361
• Parents drive (enter parking lot from south end and only drive through the parent/student drop off lane)
• Ride my bicycle (remember your helmet)
• Walk

What time does school start?

• Bell rings at 8:24

Where do I go?

• Walk through the main doors and sit on the Learning Stairs

What will I do?

• Meet my POD teachers, and other school staff
• Meet the students in my POD
• Have a tour of the school
• Do a few activities with your new group
• Watch a performance
• Go back to my own school for lunch and the afternoon

What do I need to bring?

• Back pack if I want to
• Snack if I want to

What happens if I miss this day?

• We will do another Grade 8 Orientation ½ Day Wednesday, September 6th and you will get another chance then.

* What happens if my parents missed the Parent Information Night?

• We will do another Parent Information meeting from 6:30-7:45 Wednesday, September 6th, 2023.
