Kindergarten Registration Begins

Kindergarten Registration begins January 27, 2025 and it is important that the school district follows the information in Policy and Procedures 310, Attachment C, Checklist for Eligibility. A copy is included in your package. This policy will ensure that our registration process is standard across the district and meets ministry audit guidelines. Please review this policy. 

Required kindergarten registration documents: 

 Proof of Age: Canadian Birth Certificate/Passport or Status Card 

 Proof of Health Insurance: BC Services Card 

 Proof of residency in Quesnel (two pieces): See list below Examples of Proof of Residency: Proof of Ownership of Residence Long Term Lease Utility bill showing residential address Driver’s License Pay Advice Statement Income Tax Return (BC) Provincial Automobile Registration BC Services Card (Guardian) Bank Account Statement Credit Card Statement.
