Troll Ski Trip

Dear Parents/Guardians:

We are arranging a sports trip/out-of-school learning experience for students in Grade 4,5,6 and 7 at École Red Bluff Lhtako School on January 22, 25, 26, 2024.

We will be going to Troll Ski Resort, and will be away from the school from 8:45 am until 4:30 pm.  We will be travelling by School District 28 bus to and from Troll Ski Resort.   Families will need to arrange to pick up their child(ren) at the school at 4:30 pm.                                     

On this sports trip/out-of-school learning experience, we will be downhill skiing and snowboarding at Troll Ski Resort.                                                                                          

Students will need to bring winter clothing including a toque, gloves, boots, snow pants and a winter jacket. Students should also bring a lunch and additional snacks; students may access the concession.

Students wishing to bring their own ski/snowboard equipment may do so at their own risk with the knowledge that School District 28 Quesnel will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged equipment.

Students will be supervised by an appropriate number of chaperones in accordance with School Board Policy.

If you do not wish your child to accompany their class on this trip, please contact their classroom teacher, who will arrange alternate supervision.

Please complete the yellow coloured ski/snowboarding package (both sides) and return with the correct amount of money by no later than January 10, 2024.  If you need forms, please contact the school.
